Built by Hutchgroup · Ops demonstration

See the next action behind every opportunity.

Hutchgroup Ops is an interactive sample workspace. It shows how a small team could organize opportunities, estimates awaiting follow-up, and the person responsible for the next step.

Walk through the sample workspace

Choose the HVAC or roofing example. The sample data shows a workflow you can inspect, not a measured result from a customer engagement.

  1. Find an open opportunity. Look at the service requested, the stage, and the estimate or appointment status.
  2. Find the owner. A clear owner makes it easier to decide who should make the next call or send the next update.
  3. Check the next action. The task and due date help the team find estimates and conversations that need attention.
  4. Ask what is missing. Compare this view with your current website, phone, email, and CRM handoffs. The useful question is what your team needs to see and act on.

What the demonstration proves

The workspace demonstrates the interface and the handoff model. A customer result would need a real starting baseline, an implemented workflow, and a measured observation period.

Design decision

Give each opportunity a next action

The sample record keeps the status, owner, and due action together so a team can see what needs a response.

Design decision

Separate work from outcomes

An estimate sent is a workflow event. A booked job is an outcome. The demonstration keeps these ideas distinct.

No customer conversion lift, time saving, or revenue increase is claimed here. The demo does not replace a live business system or establish that a particular integration is available for your tools.

How a future customer story will be documented

We will publish customer results only with evidence and permission. This outline sets the information needed before making an outcome claim.

Starting point

Document the prior workflow, the customer-approved problem statement, and the measurement period.

Change made

Show the exact process, system, or handoff we implemented, plus any relevant limits.

Observed result

Compare before and after measures over stated periods, verify the source, and obtain approval for quotes or attribution.

Start with the handoff

Use the lead handoff checklist to map what happens after an inquiry reaches your team.
